Rock Life Coaching Hiring Rates

Standard Requirement:

- Employees must reach and maintain 10 active weekly clients within 90 days of hire to remain in good standing.

 

Commission and Promotion Structures:

- Commission starting at 40%, increasing to 60% maximum.

- Session rate promotions every 6 months if maintaining 15 active clients.

- After 60% commission is reached, rate promotions of $10 per 6 months continue without additional commission increases.

3 Levels of Employment:

At Rock Life Coaching, we offer a clear and growth-oriented compensation structure based on education level and performance:

  • Non-Degree Employees 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Employees

  • Master’s Degree Employees 

All employees are paid for supervision, mentorship, admin time, and up to 2 hours of social media work weekly. Performance bonuses and commission increases (up to 60%) are awarded every 6 months for consistent excellence.
